All Management and Staff pledge to maintain:
- Share universal occupational safety and health standards across all stakeholders.
- Abide by relevant legislations, regulations and other requirements.
- Continual improvement towards occupational safety and health performance at workplace all times.
- Provide adequate resource to train and educate employees in workplace safety and health skills.
- Eliminate unsafe work practices, conditions and acts in all work activities by conducting regular reviews.
- Develop a safe and healthy workplace culture and encourage an “Open Door Policy” to raise and discuss WSH issues and concerns.

- Absolute compliance to applicable WSH Regulations, legislations, codes and other requirements.
- To instil WSH as an integral part of our business and create awareness among the sub-contractors by evaluating and recognising them annually.
- Each employee to attend 3 General Safety and 2 Behaviour Based Safety training annually.
- Effective control of Incident measurable by AFR of 1.3 or lower at Group Level and ASR of 80 or lower at Group Level.
- Business units to organise 4 WSH promotional activities per year.
